Recording Services
LinderVox Sound offers on-location audio recording services for your concert performance, recording session, rehearsal, or live event.
We record a wide variety of settings and musicians, vocal and instrumental, from soloist and small ensemble to full symphonic orchestra, and a variety of genres, including classical, contemporary/modern art music, jazz, blues, as well as seminars and presentations.

Recording, Editing, and Mastering Audio
(Includes: Edit, Mix, and Master Audio recording)
Normally 2x the length of the concert. Few edits are absolutely necessary for a concert recording outside of basic fades in and out per piece, and the mix would include overall channel and bus EQ & compression settings and balance of channels/busses; master would be the finishing touches of overall multi-band compression and limiter/overall volume settings.More time required depending on additional requests, e.g. removal/reduction of noise, removal of applause.

Load in and out Time
Usually 1-1/2 hours are required for load-in through sound check/set levels of a four- channel setup in addition to the time of concert; after the concert, pack and load out takes about ½ the time required to set up.
10% of total invoice per month late.
Late Fees
We will assess a 10% late fee per month for all new invoices not paid in full within 30 days, with the exception of prearranged payment plans. Payment plans need to be arranged prior to the beginning of work.
Masters
Normally, if we provide a CD master for archive only, we will give you a playable disc with CD Text written on the disc (“in” the disc burn) and ISRC Track codes (Track ID numbers), and (if requested) a DATA Disc of the CD Audio files (16-bit 44.1kHz, plus 24-bit/96kHz files or other master files, if requested). If the disc were for duplication through us, we would normally also assign a UPC Code that also is burned into the CD Disc data, create a Disc image on and burn the requested copies on the CD Disc Publisher duplicator. If you request a DATA disc, we will provide .wav or .aif files as requested, ready to create your own master disc.
Discs are burned with a CD Publisher Drive and our production copies are Duplicated (burned), not Replicated (Glass Master pressed, a process usually used only in production runs of 300/500 or more, even for larger companies). There are some CD players that do not like burned or duplicated CDs, or have an issue with some disc brands used for duplication, so total compatibility cannot be guaranteed. We do guarantee a disc will be playable on some player, though, as we confirm and test actual playback of each disc.
